📦 Important: Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

To ensure a smooth and fair resolution, an unboxing video is compulsory for any return, refund, or exchange request.

• Record a continuous, uncut video from the moment you open the package
• Clearly show:
  • The sealed package
  • The shipping label
  • The product inside

⚠️ Note

• Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
• This helps us prevent fraudulent claims and resolve genuine issues faster

✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• You have a valid unboxing video
• The item is:
  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • In original condition with tags and packaging intact

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Minor color variations (due to lighting/screen differences)
• Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering)
• Requests made without an unboxing video

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues (subject to availability)
• Damaged or incorrect items

How Partial Payment Works 💳🚚

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to give you more flexibility while ordering.

1️⃣ Initial Payment (Online)

Pay a small portion of your order amount upfront during checkout.

2️⃣ Due Amount (Later)

Pay the remaining balance either:

• 💳 Online before delivery (UPI / Card / Wallet / Bank Transfer)
• 💵 Cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery

Pay the remaining balance in cash to the delivery agent.

Your order will be confirmed only after the initial payment is successful.

You will receive Email/SMS confirmation including:

💰 Remaining due amount
🔗 Instructions or payment link for online payment (if applicable)

🚚 Delivery Process

If you selected Cash on Delivery

📦 Inspect the package before payment
⚠️ Refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered

If you paid the remaining amount online

✅ No cash required at delivery
📦 Simply receive your order

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

🔹 Initial Payment:
Non-refundable after 24 hours (covers processing costs).

🔹 Due Amount Paid Online:

✔️ Fully refundable if order is cancelled before shipping
❌ Non-refundable after shipping (return shipping charges may apply)

🔹 Failed Deliveries:

After 2 delivery attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

⚠️ Initial payment will be forfeited
💳 Any due amount paid online will be refunded

🎟️ Exclusions (Discount Coupons & Offers)

Discount coupons and promotional offers may not apply to Partial Payment orders unless clearly mentioned.

⚠️ The advance payment amount remains fixed.
